The Tech Catalyst Leadership Program is for business and tech leaders who want to understand emerging technology implications, develop strategic plans, connect with tech ventures/suppliers, and prepare themselves to lead business innovation.

Technology Trends: Understand advancements and implications in AI, data, virtual assets, web 3, Metaverse, Clean Tech, and Bio Convergence.
Learn to lead innovation-related projects with success. Develop yourself and coach your team for the innovation mindset and behaviors needed to succeed in transformative initiatives.
Participate in open innovation to connect with high-profile ventures, suppliers, and potential partners.
Integrative, real-life project to accelerate from concept to results, including process, supplier/partner ecosystem, and innovation leadership practice, with direct advising from the IE Dean & Berkeley SCET Founding Director.

During the week at UC Berkeley, participants will engage in immersive learning experiences on campus facilitated by industry-leading experts from esteemed silicon-valley organizations and prominent UC Berkeley faculties such as Tsu-Jae King Liu, Gigi Wang, Ken Singer, Shomit Ghose among many others.
Additionally, discussions will delve into emerging concepts like Web 3.0 and Sustainability, providing valuable insights into management strategies for designing and leading sustainable change initiatives.
The program also offer site-visits to renowned Silicon Valley companies, including Tesla, Microsoft, and Andreessen Horowitz (A16Z), the preeminent venture capital firm in the Valley.

Kick off and Silicon Valley Week – UC Berkeley:

Madrid Week, IE University:
Feb 17th – Feb 20th´ 25
Designed to deepen participants' understanding, the sessions in Madrid delve into a variety of topics, including a comprehensive AI primer, case studies on digital transformation, detailed backend and code reviews of LLM technologies such as ChatGPT, and collaborative work on high-tech group projects.
This part of the program includes speakers, ranging from researchers specializing in Autonomous Robots to experts in Weather Routing Systems employing Machine Learning techniques, to founders from deep-tech startups engage in thought-provoking discussions on the future of LLM, exponentiality in business, AI for social impact, LLM security, and other pertinent subjects.
The week culminates with the much-anticipated graduation ceremony, marking the successful completion of the program and celebrating the achievements of all participants.
